Niclas Ratliff
Owner & Project Manager
I began my career in Construction at just 16 years old. Concrete was my first job and it was challenging for a new guy! After persevering through my first month I felt real pride in what I was doing. Every project completed felt like a new accomplishment that I had been a part of. Life went on and after graduating high school I served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Once I finished my time in the service I went to college and completed my degree in Construction Management at BYU-Idaho. Throughout my journey I never forgot that pride I felt working my first job in concrete. So, I decided to bring that pride to my business. I have founded my company on the same principles that have molded me throughout life.
